The International Product Coordinator is responsible for the entire customized product and process for all International Customized Sales. Responsibilities- Work with Sales to increase International group leader and participant enrollment on custom tours and answer pricing and itinerary questions to help maximize sales
- Responsible for the pricing and reviewing of International custom itineraries, checking feasibility in terms of time and close dates
- Maintain a high margin level for all customized tours using discretion where necessary. Also monitors and corrects private group fee discrepancies, airport fee increases, and tour fee increases of all International custom tours.
- Creates all International customized tour websites in a timely manner, monitors the accuracy of the information online and displays correct pricing for all tours to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- May be asked to assist in budget update and creation of all custom and brochure International tour components, updating tour components in the product and tour system
- Uses gained knowledge of International product and systems to assist in all sales (both standard and custom) and propose recommendations as to how to improve department efficiency and tours.
- May be asked to speak with clients via phone or email to assure current or future customized business

These processes include every step from group flight requests to airline ticket delivery to our customers. The coordinator must be budget conscious and have the ability to find the lowest costing flights for our customers while not sacrificing quality of service. Responsibilities- The Air Operations Coordinator works proactively with both departmental team members and other departments to coordinate flight activities to the utmost efficiency. This position organizes, prioritizes and delegates as needed to ensure the flights process is within budget or below budget for every customer.
- Facilitates requesting and qualifying of group space with airlines.
- Updates the Airline Contract Database with contract revisions as received.
- Coordinates GDS reservation bookings and ticketing during peak departure season.

Explorica is expanding its business in China and is looking for a dynamic individual to help build and launch the new business.
The China Program Manager works with internal departments to develop and launch our product offering to Chinese outbound Teacher-led Student group tours to North America. The manager also works with the Vice President to develop and execute the Business Plan to achieve financial and growth objectives. Responsibilities include:Market Research- Review information on existing Chinese groups who traveled to the U.S, especially itineraries, price, survey results, and relationship with Agents in China.
- Work with Product Development and Land Operations to understand and enhance the current product offering; which includes tour itineraries and prices.
- Complete and maintain benchmarking of competitive products.
Go to Market Strategy- Work with Senior Managers and Executives in Boston to define and implement the market entry strategy.
- Develop Channel Strategies working with Chinese Agents, Educational Companies, Government, and Schools.
- Determine best path forward and implement each strategy.
- Extensive travel to China will be required to build relationships and increase brand awareness within the Chinese market.
Relationship Building and Sales- In China, the Program Manager will initiate contacts and meet with licensed education companies and travel tour operators in China to present and sell our product offering.
- In the U.S., the Program Manager will meet with key Universities and Schools to develop relationship to enhance the Product Offering.
- The Program Manager may attend select trade shows and conferences or meet with key government officials and agencies to further develop the market.
Business Management- Assist Vice President with the development of the business plan
- Develop project timeline required to achieve business plan results including deliverables, communication plan, marketing and sales projections, and financial objectives
- Provide monthly status to Executives
Requirements:- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English and ability to speak and conduct business in Mandarin Chinese.
- Ability to travel extensively to China and within the United States.
- A Bachelor degree in business management or a related degree.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a progressive management role with a proven track record for business acumen and independent productivity.
- Knowledge of the educational system in China and in the United States, travel industry experience a plus.
- Experience in Business Development and Marketing in China; preferably with a US based company.

The Senior Accountant will be involved with daily financial process with primary focus on tour activities occurring in Canada. The position will be located in Canada and will report to the CFO located in Boston. Do you know the European Continent inside and out? Do you have
a wealth of knowledge and the confidence to share it with others?
We're looking for bilingual people who have at least one year
of European travel industy experience. You must be living in or
based in Europe for the tour season to be considered.You must
enjoy helping young North America travelers to discover everything
that Europe has to offer. You will accompany and lead European
tours of varying sizes throughout the year. You will be responsible
for the well-being of these groups. You will be expected to research
specific destinations and provide commentary on the destination
countries, as well as to suggest activities for periods of free
time. You will check groups in and out of hotels, and you are
the liaison between tour groups and travel suppliers such as hotels,
restaurants, and bus companies. You are a trusted source of knowledge
and you will be expected to share that knowledge with your tour
groups. The perfect candidate should be fluent in English and
at least one other language from our destination countries. You
should have at least one year of experience leading tours in Europe
